Greg is a results-driven restaurant executive with extensive senior leadership experience. He founded Heritage Restaurant Brands in 2016 and has taken its Huckleberry’s Breakfast & Lunch brand from seven to 31 units with plans to grow unit counts 35 percent in the next four years. His diverse management portfolio includes operations, marketing, facilities and construction, development, purchasing, HR, and new product development.
With more than 30 years of industry experience, he has a proven track record of successful product, process, and protocol enhancements that increase sales, traffic, and bottom line performance. Greg has held executive positions for a variety of segments in the restaurant industry including polished casual, family, buffet, and casual dining. Greg and his wife, Jonette, have four children, two daughter in-laws, and two perfect grandchildren.
