Tom Foley

Tom is T2D’s creator in the boardroom. He started his career practicing law in New York, handling large civil litigation, mergers, acquisitions, and real estate matters. After actively practicing law for 15-plus years, Tom transitioned to explore social impact business opportunities and founded Indigo Group on the belief that businesses must drive social impact. This work has included founding a business resource center focused on launching and developing women and minority owned businesses, as well as leading NextUp’s Allyship program to advance women in the workplace.
