Important Dates & Deadlines
- Sponsor Set-up: Tuesday, September 5, 10:00am – 6:00pm
- Note: You must be set-up by 6pm for the start of the welcome reception
- Sponsor Tear-down: Thursday September 7, 5:00pm – 9:00pm
- Venue can only accept materials 3 days prior to the start of the event
Tabletop Logistics
- You will have a 6-foot black draped table with 2 chairs and a waste basket
- Your space behind your table will allow for a backdrop OR pop-up banner(s) of 8 feet or less
- Suggested times to man your table are all networking breaks and on site receptions
- Electricity is NOT included. The order form is listed under Order Forms & Resources
