To ensure smooth pick-up of your packages onsite, be sure to complete the Package Receiving Form by 9/2/25.
Make sure to address all packages with the name of the person who will be retrieving the package onsite. DO NOT use the event name or any show management or hotel contact names as the name.
Clearly mark perishable packages as Fridge or Freezer for appropriate storage.
Schedule packages to arrive between 8/28/25 and 9/2/25. If your packages arrive earlier than 8/28/25 you may be responsible for additional handling fees.
Exhibitors will pick-up their packages onsite at the FedEx Office located on the Marquis level of the hotel.
All shipping and material handling fees are the exhibitor’s responsibility.
Freight elevator dimensions are 10’ h x 20’ deep x 92” wide.
Outgoing packages must be dropped off in the FedEx Office located on the Marquis level of the hotel.
F&B Logistics
No alcohol can be sampled.
Samples must be bite-sized.
All serving items (plates, forks, etc.) needed for samples must be provided by the exhibitor.
Any heating/cooking equipment needed to prepare or serve samples at the exhibit table must be provided by the exhibitor.
Samples must be provided by the sponsor or purchased directly through the hotel. If you want to purchase F&B from the hotel or hire hotel staff to prepare your F&B, please reach out directly to Jeffrey: Jeffrey.L.Lewis@marriott.comdawn.mceachern@marriott.com.
All sponsors who are offering F&B samples must adhere to all safety procedures and health regulations and must complete the waiver and submit a COI.

Submit your kitchen prep space requests to Emma Paul: epaul@wtwhmedia.com by 7/11/25. Kitchen prep space is limited and available on a first come first served basis from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM. If your requested times can’t be accommodated, you will be notified.
Sponsor set-up takes place on Tuesday, 9/2/25 from 10:00am – 5:00pm. You must be set-up before the Welcome Reception begins at 5:00pm.
Sponsor teardown begins at 5:00pm on Thursday, 9/4/25. Exhibitors cannot tear down prior to 5:00pm.
Make your hotel reservation by 8/12/25: Room Block Info We anticipate the room block to sell out so be sure to book your room early to secure the discounted room rate.
Submit your F&B waiver, COI and other necessary F&B information by 7/11/25.
Submit your large case storage requests to Emma Paul: epaul@wtwhmedia.com by 7/22/25.
Tabletop Logistics
You will be provided one 6-foot table and 2 chairs.
Banners and backdrops cannot exceed 8′ in width or height.
Empty cases and crates cannot be left on the exhibit floor during the event. If your empty cases are on wheels or small, we kindly ask that you store them under your exhibit table, behind your backdrop (if applicable) or in your hotel room. If you need large case storage, please let Emma Paul: epaul@wtwhmedia.com know by 8/22/25.
Hotel
Book your hotel accommodations at our discounted rate before August 12, 2025. We anticipate the room block to sell out so be sure to book your room early to secure the discounted room rate.
