Matt Eisenacher joined First Watch in 2019 as the Senior Vice President of Brand Strategy and Innovation before taking on the role of Chief Brand Officer in 2023. Previously, Matt was the Chief Concept Officer for Piada Italian Street Food based in Columbus, Ohio, where he was responsible for the branding, marketing, IT and business development efforts as the company grew nationwide. Prior to Piada, Matt spent over 12 years in the Consumer-Packaged Goods industry across a variety of food and nutrition brands working for Nestle USA, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and Abbott Nutrition. In 2023, Matt was recognized as a Breakout Brand Leader in Ad Age’s inaugural list and, in 2022, was named one of FSR Magazine’s 13 Most Influential Marketing Leaders in the Restaurant Industry. Matt received a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Management from Ohio University and his MBA, specializing in Marketing, from The Ohio State University.
