Mike Sebazco is the President of Famous Toastery, a fast casual, better breakfast chain with eight company owned and 23 franchise locations based in Charlotte, North Carolina. He has been with the company since October 2022, and has played a key role in its strategic growth and success plans. Prior to joining Famous Toastery, Mike has held senior leadership positions with multiple other restaurant brands including Don Pablo’s, Texas Land & Cattle, Boston Pizza and MOOYAH. He has more than 30 years of experience and possesses a deep understanding of the evolution of and challenges facing the restaurant industry. Mike is passionate about Famous Toastery’s mission of Simple Scratch, Famously Fresh as a point of differentiation for Famous Toastery in a highly competitive space. He is also committed to creating a positive and supportive work environment for Famous Toastery’s franchisees, employees and stake holders.
In addition, Mike and his MOOYAH team were recognized by the Dallas Business Journal as recipients of 2021’s Most Inspiring Leaders Award.
