Paul Macaluso, a restaurant industry veteran, currently serves as President and CEO of Another Broken Egg Cafe, an upscale breakfast, brunch, and lunch chain that specializes in Southern-inspired fare with a robust menu of hand-crafted signature cocktails. The brand is also the winner of the 2020 FSR Breakout Brand of the Year.
Paul is an enthusiastic, hands-on leader with a 25-plus year reputation for driving results at respected brands throughout the industry, including Taco Bell, Burger King, Sonic Drive-In, Moe’s Southwest Grill, McAlister’s Deli, and Krystal.
Paul began his career as a restaurant general manager for Taco Bell. After various operations, franchising, and progressive marketing roles, he realized his career aspiration of leading a brand some 20 years later, when he was named President of McAlister’s Deli in 2016. Paul joined Another Broken Egg Cafe as President and CEO in November 2019. He also serves on the Board of Governors for the Restaurant Technology Network and holds a bachelor’s of science in communications and an MBA from Florida State University.
